To the Noteholders of Chapel 2003-I BV, Chapel 2007 BV, Monastery 2004-I BV and Monastery 2006-I BV

The Security Trustees intend to announce a conference call for Noteholders during the course of February as to provide an update on the bankruptcy estate of DSB Bank and the status of the duty of care claims. We have invited the bankruptcy trustees of DSB bank to participate in such conference call and the bankruptcy trustees have accepted such invitation through the letters attached on the DSB section on this website in 'Transactions Reporting' - ''Current Transactions'.
