Holland Euro-Denominated Mortgage-Backed Series (Hermes) XV B.V. (the "Issuer")

Subordinated Class E Notes (ISIN XS 0367269031) (“Subordinated Class E”)

 

Notice is hereby given with respect to the Holland Euro-Denominated Mortgage-Backed Series (Hermes) XV transaction that the Issuer has implemented the Resolution of the Subordinated Class E Noteholders dated 30 June 2010 to modify, with effect as of (and including) 18 July 2010, Clause 4 (c) of the Conditions in such manner that up to (but excluding) the Step-Up Date the margin on the Subordinated Class E Notes will be 9.00 per cent per annum.
