€ 4,200,000 Subordinated Class B Notes 2005 due 2038, issue price 100 per cent. ISIN: XS0218116373

 ( the "Senior Class A Notes" and the "Subordinated Class B Notes" together the "Notes" and the holders of the “Senior Class A Notes” the "Senior Class A Noteholders" )

Notice is hereby given by the Security Trustee that, following the Extraordinary Resolution on 11 April 2014 of the sole holder of the Senior Class A Notes and the Extraordinary Resolution on 11 April 2014 by the sole holder of the Subordinated Class B Notes, the final Extension Margin is, in deviation from the preliminary Extension Margin as published by notice on 4 April 2014, as follows:
