NOTICE BY STICHTING NOTE TRUSTEE MESDAG (CHARLIE):

 

Reference is made to the offering circular dated 19 April 2007 relating to €493,650,000 commercial mortgage backed floating rate notes 2007 due 2019 issued by MESDAG Charlie B.V. (the “Offering Circular”).

The Notes are backed by certain loans originated by NIBC Bank N.V., one of them being the Sparkasse Loan (as defined in the Offering Circular). The Sparkasse Loan has been transferred to the Special Servicer, since a Special Servicing Event has occurred. The Loan was not repaid on the Loan Maturity Date, which leads to a Special Servicing Event under the transaction documentation of MESDAG Charlie. As the Servicer is not authorized to extend the loan, the loan has been transferred to the Special Servicer.

Capitalised terms not defined in this notice shall bear the same meanings as in the Offering Circular.
