DUTCH   MORTGAGE PORTFOLIO LOANS I B.V.

 

Notice to the Security Trustee and the holders of the Senior Class A2 Mortgage-Backed Notes 2000 due 2034, the Mezzanine Class B Mortgage-Backed Notes 2000 due 2034 and the Junior Class C Mortgage-Backed Notes 2000 due 2034,

together the “Notes”.

 

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, notice is hereby given that on the Call Option Date (i.e. 15 September 2010) the Notes will be redeemed in full, provided that the Issuer at this date has received the purchase price for the Mortgage Receivables in accordance with a letter from the Seller confirming agreement to conclude the sale and assignment on or before such date. Last day of trading will be 9 September 2010 .
