in the form of Newhaven Corporate Services (BVI) Limited, formerly Caribbean Corporate Services Limited, and therefore no longer forms part of ATC. The services currently provided from the BVI, which has evolved into an incorporation and registered office/agent service, no longer fit in the strategy of ATC as an organisation.  

Newhaven Corporate Services (BVI) Ltd has wide ranging experience in the relevant areas and a sound business reputation. It is part of the Newhaven Group, which also has offices in Guernsey, Mauritius and London. All existing ATC staff will be taken on by Newhaven ensuring continuity of service for our clients.

The name ATC Trustees (BVI) Ltd will change to become Newhaven Trustees (BVI) Ltd as soon as this name change can be filed with the local authorities. Authorization for this change has already been given by the BVI Financial Services. Please note that no action is required by our clients in relation to their companies/documents as a result of these changes.

Newhaven do not envisage any significant changes to operations. Existing contact details for ATC’s BVI staff remain unchanged, including email addresses. New email addresses (@newhavenbvi.net) will be operational shortly, and it is also envisaged that the office premises will be merged in the near future. Newhaven will of course keep you advised as soon as such changes are imminent.

We are confident that given the combination of staff and resources available, Newhaven will safeguard the interests of, and high quality of service to, ATC’s clients in the BVI.
