INVITATION

The Notes are backed by certain loan receivables originated by DSB Bank N.V. ("DSB"). DSB was declared bankrupt on 19 October 2009.

Security Trustee Monastery 2004-I (the "Security Trustee") invites Noteholders to participate in a conference call organised by the DSB bankruptcy trustees for noteholders in all DSB-related securitisation programs. The Issuer and the DSB bankruptcy trustees will provide an update to Noteholders on amongst others the developments in respect of DSB, the duty of care claims, the sub-delegation of the servicing of the loans etc.

The conference call will be held on Wednesday 13 July 2011 at 17.00 hours CET.

As to obtain dial-in details, please send an e-mail to dsb.securitytrustee@atcgroup.com indicating with each legal name of a beneficial holder of Notes the number and notional amount per Class of Notes you are representing. Wednesday 13 July 2011 before commencement of the conference call you will receive dial-in details and a concise presentation per return e-mail.
